A company is looking for English Language Arts Consultants (Experts in Florida B.E.S.T. / F.A.S.T.)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive review of instructional materials to ensure effective implementation of the Florida B.E.S.T. standards

Verify the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of supporting content for adoption and implementation

Provide detailed, constructive feedback to curriculum developers for material refinements

Required Qualifications

Recent experience as a teacher or curriculum specialist in Florida ELA

Participation in state reviews of assessment items or curriculum review processes

Understanding of Florida B.E.S.T. standards and instructional best practices

Ability to evaluate materials for developmental appropriateness and accessibility

Experience with various instructional models and implementation contexts
