We specialize in wholesale real estate and fix-and-flip investing , working with motivated sellers and investors across the Chicago area. With a small, dedicated team, you’ll have a direct impact on our success and your career growth.

What You’ll Do as a Lead Manager (Inside Sales) :

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Set appointments for our Acquisitions team with motivated sellers.
• Follow up consistently to move deals forward and build strong seller relationships.
• Manage the CRM : track calls, update records, and keep the sales pipeline organized.
• Support transactions from contract to closing by ensuring sellers stay engaged.
• Hit daily / weekly sales KPIs : number of calls, talk time, qualified leads, and appointments set.
