We're seeking a skilled support engineer to partner closely with the Macro and Commodities trading teams (Commodities and Endur experience is a must). In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring stability, accuracy, and efficiency across their trading and risk platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage user lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes.
• Configure account structures and instrument setups to generate accurate risk and trading analytics.
• Automate manual processes and design tools to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to resolve incidents, communicate changes, and perform root cause analysis on critical issues.
