Job Title : Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing prescriptions, reviewing medical records and policies, and handling claims within a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Input prescriptions into Salesforce, managing approximately 30-35 entries per day.
• Review medical records of patients and prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate medical policies and records for insurance companies to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Follow up on any missing information or discrepancies found within records.
• Communicate with providers or doctors to obtain necessary follow-up information.
• Manage appeals and denials within claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
