Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial, operational, and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
Evaluate adherence to Medicaid / Medicare regulations and identify control weaknesses
Prepare audit reports and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
Associate degree with 5+ years of experience in auditing or related fields
Experience with business applications and data validation for audits
Knowledge of Medicaid / Medicare and healthcare compliance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Must complete a computer-based mathematics evaluation during the interview process
