LMS Lead Consultant

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors - LMS Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution strategy and design by assessing current-state processes and defining future-state architectures

Facilitate structured client workshops and decision-making sessions with clear agendas and documented outcomes

Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and issue resolution across engagements

Required Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Certification Associate or Professional preferred

4-5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation experience

Led 4-6+ medium-to-large-scale projects as primary functional lead

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field

Experience with Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Open Content Network (OCN), or virtual learning integrations preferred
