Key Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and city / county staff to move projects forward.
• Oversee QA / QC, permitting, construction administration, and contractor coordination.
• Balance multiple active projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
