NCW is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to lead and manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontract management, and client communication. This role demands a skilled leader who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities : including but not limited to

• Manage all phases of civic and / or K-12 commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets
• Negotiate, write, and execute subcontract agreements with a clear understanding of project scope and risk
• Read, interpret, and apply drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance
• Coordinate with project teams and clients to maintain open communication and resolve issues promptly
• Utilize project management software and tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore to track progress and manage documentation
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with CMAR and / or Design / Build delivery methods as required
