This role requires applying nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a stepdown unit setting. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education are essential to ensure optimal outcomes.\n\nQualifications & Skills : \n
• Education : \n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required\n
• Licensure & Certifications : \n
• Registered Nurse (RN) - New York State (in good standing)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA certified\n
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA certified\n
• Experience : \n
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including cardiology, telemetry, or VAD units
