Overview

As a Principal User Researcher, you will be a trusted strategic partner in defining and delivering innovative products across diverse domains. You’ll lead user research throughout the entire product lifecycle, playing a key role in shaping what we build and how we design user experiences. Working alongside Product Design partners, you’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leaders to create value and craft exceptional experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Our Principal UX Researcher earns between $158,200-$237,400 USD annually, with additional rewards that come with working at AT&T. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
