Position Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Management to lead the execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, with a focus on solar, wind, and / or battery storage. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in construction management, particularly in the Mid-Atlantic / Southeast regions, and will be adept at interfacing with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the execution of renewable energy projects from late-stage development through commercial operation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget including any change orders across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC contractors, OEMs, and key vendors.
• Oversee project controls, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless transition from development to construction.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to operations teams at commercial operation date (COD).
• Mentor and manage a team of junior and mid-level project managers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
• Support contract negotiations and execution with EPCs and major equipment suppliers.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractors, sub-contractors, and their employees are complying with TerraForm Power's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
