Director, Paid Social

who will be the leading driver on a cross-vertical book of business, focused on performance marketing, developing client and platform relationships, and continuously innovating.

Responsibilities

Uphold Dysrupt’s commitment to providing best-in-class social & digital marketing services. You will report directly into the founders of Dysrupt, overseeing a 3-4 client book of business.

Act as a key business stakeholder and leader for our clients, driving accountability to business results, and enrolling internal resources at Dysrupt to drive success with the clients.

Strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of paid media across multiple digital channels (primary focus on Facebook / Instagram).

Develop and deliver senior-level strategy to VP or C-level clients, leveraging Dysrupt’s internal insights as well as external industry information.

Apply today’s digital & mobile consumer insights to guide work.

Contribute to the development of Creative ideas and deliverables.

Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all things Paid Media and Measurement across social, digital, and the broader marketing mix, guiding clients on proper KPIs for initiatives.

Identify and help sell-through incremental campaign opportunities to clients to achieve efficient returns.

Contribute to Dysrupt’s growth by making decisions that are best for the company today and tomorrow.

Determine client priorities and focus areas, and present them to the senior leadership team during quarterly account reviews.

Report weekly and monthly business forecasts to leadership with accuracy.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience running performance marketing on Facebook / Instagram, plus experience with Google Search, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Quora, and / or Spotify.

Proven experience managing and leading a team of account managers.

Advanced written and presentation communication skills.

Strong understanding of brand strategy and how it integrates with the wider marketing mix for Fortune 500 brands.

Strategic and practical understanding of digital and social media planning & buying, with proper metrics of success and measurement opportunities.

Highly customer-centric and proficient in communicating with individuals across all levels in an organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; entrepreneurial and driven with the ability to set strategic vision and operational excellence.

Excellent social and communication skills to provide strategic social counsel.

Positive, upbeat demeanor that contributes to a strong company culture.

Compensation Range : $139,510 - $165,850 annually. The pay range is indicative and may be modified based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
