Job Opportunity : Production Supervisor – Wood Manufacturing
People Plus is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a wood manufacturing facility . This position oversees all aspects of production, ensuring quality craftsmanship, efficient workflow, and a safe work environment.
Schedule : Tuesday – Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across all departments
- Lead, train, and support production staff
- Monitor production schedules, output, and quality standards to meet company goals
- Oversee material usage, inventory control, and minimize waste
- Inspect work in progress and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
- Track production metrics and report progress toward goals
