Plan and complete all necessary steps in the residential installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water, gas and drain systemsEstablish customer rapport and help them choose the right products and services for their homeAccurately evaluate systems for malfunctions and failuresBuild and present options ranging from repair to permanent solutionsRespectfully work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operation for completed and incomplete jobsEnsure proper detailed billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activitiesMaintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools and shop equipmentQualifications :
Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal recordMust be able to pass background checks and drug screenings applicable per state lawMust be able to regularly lift 50+ poundsHold and maintain Minnesota Journeyman LicenseHold or be working toward obtaining Minneapolis / St. Paul Competency CardsAble to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customersMust be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential workHighly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on lifeParticipate actively in all trainings, meetings, and company eventsOn-time and prepared to work before the scheduled start timeDo you have what it takes to be a hero?
