Opportunity : Hematologist / Oncologist or Medical Oncologist - Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hematology / Oncology or Medical Oncology. Job Details :

• Join a collaborative team of 10 providers (8 physicians and 2 advanced practice clinicians) using an interdisciplinary approach to patient care
• Provide care at the main campus clinic overlooking Lake Superior, at an outreach cancer center, and consultative services in the hospital
• Access cutting-edge treatments, latest technology, and current oncology clinical trials
• Participate in the NCI Community Oncology Research Program with industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated trials
• Work in a thriving intellectual environment with multiple tumor board and multidisciplinary conferences
• Average daily patient load includes 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients
• Benefit from hospitalist coverage for admissions and night calls
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with specialty services including Medical Hematology / Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Oncologic Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Palliative Care, and Hospice
• Serve a regional population of approximately 460,000
