Mgr Hub Operations MEMH

Plans, organize and control the launch, control room functions, international functions or offload Ensures a high level of service and on-time launch at a minimal cost. Directs all other necessary activities which provide optimum service to FedEx express customers.

Essential Functions

• Directs revenue recovery and audits.
• Inspects service elements, ensuring efficient manual sort and distribution.
• Selects, trains, and motivates hourly employees.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School diploma / GED.

Minimum Experience

One year experience in FedEx supervisory / lead roles, ex. Ramp agent / Ops Lead / Team Lead OR

Two years management experience (for external candidates) OR

Completion of a certified internalleadership development program, including AiM. OR

Bachelor's degree OR

Twelve months general FedEx operations experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and / or assistance from another person. Must successfully complete weight and balance training if managing any trunk ramp agents. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills
