Interpret blueprints / schematics and work with complex programs (G-code and Mazatrol). Execute tool changes; set work and tool offsets; validate parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot process issues and optimize machines for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency. Collaborate with peers and supervision to meet output targets and continuous improvement goals. Document production activity and inspection results for full traceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Demonstrated CNC setup and operation experience. Experience with Toyota, Mazak, Mazatrol, Hardinge, and Fanuc G-code systems. Strong print-reading ability and metrology skills. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and solid problem-solving abilities. Reliable transportation. Manual machining background. Trade, vocational, or technical school education.
