Area Supervisor

Seeking full-time Area Supervisors to provide leadership, coaching, direction, develop people and improve restaurant operations to maximize the long-term sales and profit of up to five McDonald's locations. Must be able to solve problems. Must be able to work various shifts each day of the week. Must be familiar with the McDonald's PACE System and be able to demonstrate a history of exceeding business unit targets.

Area Supervisors consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with external customers and internal customers including the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew.

Area Supervisor will work with the General Managers of anywhere from 3 - 5 restaurants to achieve operational results : upholding the standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, achieving health department standards, meeting and / or exceeding McDonald's PACE standards, and timely execution of new initiatives and new product and equipment launches. They also ensure that the financial performance of the restaurants meet or exceed the performance of the top 25% of comparable restaurants (McDonald's restaurant norms).

Additionally, Area Supervisors must be able to :

• Analyze sales trends, identify sales patterns and opportunities for sales growth. Implement programs to capitalize on additional sales opportunities through promotional or operational programs
• Complete monthly cash and security audits. Use necessary corrective action where policies are not being followed, ensuring safety and security of restaurant personnel and assets
• Complete operations review on restaurants on all day parts once per month
• Conduct performance reviews with GMs regularly to assess performance, assuring the GM does the same for managers and crew members.

Area Supervisors are expected to travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management teams. Strong verbal and written skills are necessary to communicate with all levels of our organization. McDonald's restaurant experience preferred.

Hamburger University Graduate

Comfortable being on your feet for an entire shift

5 years McDonald's restaurant management experience preferred

OTP 2 or 3 preferred
