Maintains cleanliness of work area utilizing 5S techniques and methods. Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of equipment. Solid work history. Must be able to frequently : push, pull, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, see general and close up, hear, speak, use motor coordination - dexterity as well as eye, hand, foot and use of hand(s), wrist, arms, and fingers and arm(s) in any direction. Must be able to occasionally : kneel, stoop, bend, grip, climb flights of stairs.

EMC Precision has provided complex parts in low- to mid-volume quantities expertly machined since 1925. This Swiss Style Lathe Operator will be responsible for the CNC manufacturing of precision components using Citizen L20 and M32 machines.
Primary Job Duties :
- Must be able to operate multiple Swiss machines simultaneously.
- Uses various types of measuring instruments.
- Replace tooling and adjusts tools to meet blueprint specifications.
- Set-up experience is a plus.
- Performs first piece inspection when setup is completed.
- Recommends process improvements with supervisor or programming personnel to resolve problems.
