Job Summary :

Mears Fertilize is seeking reliable and hardworking General Production Workers to support daily operations at our Wichita facility. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in industrial manufacturing and production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate industrial vehicles such as forklifts and powered industrial trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Perform basic quality checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Support team members in various production tasks as needed.
