Description :
The Love Encore Delivery Specialist plays a key role in enhancing customer experience by providing personalized vehicle redelivery sessions. This position focuses on educating customers about their vehicle’s technology, features, and functions to ensure confidence and satisfaction in their purchase.
Pay is based on experience : Up to $74,000 per year (this is an hourly role plus commission)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct follow-up appointments with customers to review and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Provide in-depth training on infotainment systems, safety technologies, and other advanced vehicle functions.
- Address customer questions and concerns, ensuring they feel comfortable with their new vehicle.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all vehicle models, including new technology and updates.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
