Minimum 3 years of experience in civil or water / wastewater engineering design, inspection, construction, or project management. At least 2 years of experience managing consultants and contractors on capital projects. Strong knowledge of municipal infrastructure, engineering principles, and construction practices. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona preferred.

Job Description :
We are seeking skilled professionals to manage water and wastewater capital improvement projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and replacement of pipelines, pump stations, tanks, reservoirs, and other related infrastructure. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle-from planning and design through construction and integration into operational systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage CIP replacement and rehabilitation projects across multiple facilities and right-of-way locations.
- Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and long-range plans.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and construction activities.
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Integrate completed project data into asset management systems.
