The primary function of this position is leading, managing, and coordinating a variety of complex and technically challenging capital improvement projects from inception and design through the construction and warranty phases, including assisting in the development of CIP project requests, developing project scopes and budgets, planning, and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated professional with a strong commitment to personal and professional integrity. Staying current on emerging technologies and best practices in project, program, and construction management is essential. With a balance of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, this individual is collaborative, respectful, positive, and effective in working with diverse groups. In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values, interested candidates must possess the following minimum requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project / Construction Management or any equivalent combination of design and construction experience, education, and technical training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to qualify.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible project management of vertical / building, parks, and / or transportation projects.
• Experience in Municipal Infrastructure Development is highly preferred.
