Position Summary
The Chief of Marketing and Business Development Officer will develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to increase GOLDLAW's visibility, foster community relationships, and drive client engagement. The role requires expertise in mass media, digital advertising, event management, graphic design, videography, customer relations, artificial intelligence, and public relations.
Job Duties
- Strategic Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate partnerships with businesses, charities, organizations, and influencers to expand reach and client base. Collaborate on co-branded initiatives and campaigns.
- Mass Media & Public Relations : Oversee media outreach, press releases, media relations, and manage digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Business Development : Lead initiatives to grow client base and revenue, develop relationships with referral partners, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Community & Charity Involvement : Build relationships with local organizations and develop initiatives that promote social responsibility.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing : Develop strategies to engage clients and prospects, oversee marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure brand consistency.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation : Oversee and create graphic design projects supporting marketing channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Events : Coordinate with teams, plan seminars, webinars, community events, and manage sponsorships.
- Vendor & Budget Management : Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee marketing budgets.
- Strategy & Analytics : Develop marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, conduct market research, analyze KPIs, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring cohesive messaging and goal achievement.
Benefits and Compensation

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related; Master’s or MBA preferred.Proven leadership experience in marketing, preferably in legal or professional services.Strong knowledge of mass media, digital marketing, social media, and analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in business development, client relations, and event planning.Work Environment & Physical Demands
