Overview :

We're seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. This role ensures compliance with food safety standards, coordinates staffing and schedules, and helps drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support shipping operations and team performance
• Conduct safety and SOP meetings
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and delivery coordination
• Monitor compliance with food safety and company policies
• Train and motivate team members
