Compliance Director

A company is looking for a Compliance Director to oversee compliance risk management strategies and ensure effective governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement governance structures and internal control frameworks for compliance programs

Develop and oversee tactical approaches for delivering compliance services efficiently across the organization

Manage a team, ensuring effective execution of compliance activities and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related fields

10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or compliance

3+ years of supervisory or management experience

CRCM or relevant certification required within 12 months of hiring

Preferred experience in digital technology or project management in a regulated industry
