Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

Location : Hamilton County – Blue Ash, Norwood, Madeira, Loveland, Price Hill, Delhi

Direct Hire | Flexible Schedule | $75 / visit | Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities

QuickPro Staffing is looking for compassionate and self-motivated Physical Therapists to provide in-home therapy and help patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes. What You’ll Do :

Deliver physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients’ homes

Conduct initial evaluations, develop care plans, and reassess progress every 30 days

Perform skilled therapy procedures and instruct patients and families on home exercises and activities of daily living

Collaborate with physicians, families, and home health staff to optimize patient outcomes

Document all visits, OASIS assessments, and progress notes accurately and timely

Participate in patient care planning, in-service programs, and Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement initiatives

Supervise other personnel as needed and provide guidance for care

Qualifications :

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by CAPTE, APTA, or relevant governing bodies

Licensed in Ohio (or applicable practicing state)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred

Strong initiative, independent judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care
