About the Role

Are you passionate about orchestrating amazing meetings and events in the life sciences space? As our Program Manager, you'll be the maestro of major conferences and meetings, coordinating everything from logistics to budgets with flair! You'll work closely with client stakeholders and keep things running smoothly, making sure every detail is just right. You're Good At

• Managing budgets and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the entire planning process.
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless communication.
• Conducting site inspections and planning meetings to exceed event expectations.
• Utilizing technology tools like Cvent to streamline attendee management and reporting.
• Resolving logistical challenges quickly and effectively to ensure a flawless event experience.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $57,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
