Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets
Pay rate : $50-$55 / hr

Responsibilities :
Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint.

This group documents the business rules. There are 13 people on the team.
Story behind the need / key projects :
The project manager will be joining a team of approximately 13 individuals dedicated to supporting mobile and cable initiatives. These initiatives are centered around enhancing the customer and call agent experience. For instance, if an intake is submitted with suggestions for improving tools, enhancing call center services, or making enhancements to the application, this group will facilitate those functions.
The position will need executive presentation skills. We will need someone to help put executive slides together for our OSCs and ESCs.
Typical day in the role / task breakdown % :
60% - Documenting / following up on project updates (following up on tickets, meetings with BAs, meetings with MIT, etc.)
20% - Reporting updates (ESC decks, monthly reporting,20% - Reporting updates (ESC decks, monthly reporting, stack ranking updates, etc.)
20% - Admin (scheduling meetings, updating portfolio, following up on intakes, etc.)
This group will oversee the entirety of the customer and agent experience, gathering and documenting requirements while monitoring the project outcomes during the implementation phase.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
