BCBA – Full-Time

Salary : $90,000 – $110,000

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to RBTs and other team members
  • Review and interpret client data to make data-driven clinical decisions and adjust programming as needed
  • Train and guide parents, caregivers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, funding source requirements, and BTS policies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
