California CPA Tax Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Tax & Accounting Manager to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage global tax planning, reporting, and compliance functions, coordinating with third-party tax advisors

Review and improve taxation policies and procedures, establishing an internal tax function

Participate in month-end close processes and ensure timely preparation of related journal entries and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA required

7+ years of professional tax and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a tax manager role or above

Extensive knowledge of U.S. corporate tax and U.S. GAAP

Experience in project management

Highly motivated to grow with the company and adapt to change
