About the Role
We are seeking a polished, reliable, and highly professional Medical Assistant / Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing, high-end private medical practice in West Palm Beach. This is a unique, hybrid role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and brings both clinical and administrative excellence to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical tasks : draw blood, take vitals, assist with patient care
- Proficient in Athena EMR for medical record management and scheduling
- Support the care coordination team with follow-up scheduling and conflict resolution
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership as needed
- Manage documents and platforms including Microsoft Office, Teams, Dropbox, DocuSign, e-faxing
- Order and manage medical supplies and track inventory
- Assist with document migration across multiple platforms
- Coordinate shipping / logistics using UPS, FedEx, and USPS
- Represent the practice with grace, professionalism, and discretion
