Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market conditions, regulatory developments, and technological advancements impacting midstream (pipeline, transportation, storage) and downstream (refining, distribution, retail) oil & gas operations in the USA and Canada.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal and regional regulations specific to midstream and downstream activities and other relevant standards.
- Lead and support large transformation programs aimed at digitalization, operational efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainability within the midstream and downstream sectors.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, process improvements, and best practices to enhance safety, reliability, and profitability.
- Support clients in strategic planning, risk assessment, and project execution for initiatives such as infrastructure modernization, energy transition, and supply chain optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement to foster industry awareness, promote adoption of innovative solutions, and align teams with transformation objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector, with a focus on midstream and downstream operations in North America.Proven expertise in industry standards, project management, and large transformation program delivery.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel within Americas as needed.Salary and Benefits
Salary Range : $191,950 - $253,000 a year
