Job Title : Inside Technical Sales Representative

Pay : $25 per hour
The Inside Technical Sales Representative will focus on fostering existing relationships, targeting new business, and driving sales growth. The role involves a high volume of calls, qualifying prospects, converting quotes to invoices, and closing sales with an emphasis on customer partnership. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote products to targeted vertical market segments in coordination with company marketing plans
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Receive transferred calls from customer service
- Provide professional problem-solving support to customers
- Support sales representatives and distributors with technical questions
- Manage assigned regions, territories, states, and key accounts
- Meet quarterly quotas for assigned territory, customer group, and company goals
- Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in CRM system
- Participate in required training sessions
- Contribute to company growth objectives
- Provide regional support as needed
