Mechanical Engineer - HSIO

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our High Speed Engineering team in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of specific elements of High-Speed IO Interconnect and Cable devices or components to meet specified design requirements.
• Perform Mechanical Analyses - Obtain working knowledge of company standard analysis tools. Perform basic static, dynamic and heat transfer analyses of mechanical structures, when required.
• Support Verification / Validation of Design - Support the fabrication and environmental testing of High-Speed IO Interconnect devices.
• Prepare Documentation - Generate and review the technical content of drawings, engineering specifications, reports and other documentation associated with the mechanical design.
• Support Continuous Improvement - Conduct failure analysis of product returned from field and qualification failures.
• Lead sustainment efforts on assigned product lines - Provide Mechanical Engineering support to products in production.
