job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with artists, curators, and the retail team to translate murals, street art, and installations into sellable Design and develop packaging, labels, product tags, signage, and in-store visuals that enhance customer- Create product mockups, packaging prototypes, and technical drawings / spec sheets to guide product development from Partner with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to source materials and ensure high-quality, cost-effective, Research cultural trends, art movements, and consumer behavior to continuously innovate the product line. Participate in artist collaborations, capsule collections, and special launches tied to exhibitions or seasonal events. Support the evolution of Wynwood Walls Shop as a destination for creative retail and experiential design. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Merchandising, or related field. 3+ years of experience in merchandise / product design, packaging design, or retail development Portfolio showcasing physical product and packaging design (mockups, prototypes, finished merchandise). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design / prototyping tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design practices. Experience with visual merchandising elements (signage, displays, in-store brand storytelling). Ability to collaborate with artists and diverse creative teams while honoring artistic integrity.
