In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory targeting clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, as well as sell additional solutions to existing clients. Your daily activities will include cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from established business partners, assessing client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spending your time in the field closing business. No prior sales experience is necessary; we provide high-quality sales training and will teach you how to use the latest sales technology to set you up for success.
