Responsibilities
Develop content to promote Better Health Group’s no‑cost, payer‑funded program for primary care practices.Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, traditional, and other channels.Ensure consistent and effective campaign messaging across all channels, driving engagement and awareness.Create content for social media posts, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage B2B and B2C audiences.Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.Report on content performance metrics and recommend optimization based on data analysis.Conduct market research to understand the needs of independent primary care practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Participate in omnichannel content distribution and monitor campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.Use CMS, DAM, and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) to manage content production and documentation.Assist in creating promotional content for industry trade shows, conferences, and other events.Provide logistical and content support during events as needed.Additional duties as assigned.Position Requirements / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).3+ years of marketing experience with direct authorship of B2B and B2C business and marketing communications (writing samples required).Industry experience in healthcare, Medicare, or related plans preferred.Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office for real‑time collaboration.Preferred experience with video scripting and editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects).Demonstrated knowledge of business writing and competency in summarizing complex information into clear, non‑technical language.Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with stakeholders.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Self‑starter who prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines.High level of creativity and attention to detail.Results‑oriented with focus on quality execution and delivery.Ability to handle data with confidentiality.Physical Requirements
