Administrative Secretary
The Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to academic leadership, faculty, staff, and students while coordinating daily operations and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders within an educational environment.
Essential Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Dean, faculty, staff, and students.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and process travel forms and expense reports.
- Maintain and order office and educational supplies.
- Enter and maintain course schedules.
- Supervise student workers.
- Coordinate events including awards ceremonies and meetings.
- Handle correspondence and communications.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Assist with budget management and ProCard reporting.
- Create various documents including flyers, programs, and certificates.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.

Qualifications
Associate degree with 2-4 years of experienceBachelor's degree preferredLicenses / Certifications
