What We're Looking For
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business administration and / or hold current clinical licensure (RN, L-PC, LCSW).
Additional Requirements Include
Proven management experience in a healthcare or human services setting, or extensive rehabilitation background.Experience working with geriatric or disabled populations is highly desirable.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to drive change effectively and efficiently.High flexibility and adaptability to different environments.Must be willing and able to travel 90-100% of the time.Responsibilities
Ensure staffing, supervision, and development for the rehabilitation program.Oversee daily operations and performance of the rehabilitation program.Lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality care and outcomes.Develop and implement program strategies to support census growth and performance improvements.Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.Collaborate with client partners to maintain positive relationships and achieve shared goals.Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Participate in program development and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage vacancy, turnover, and productivity of program staff.Promote adherence to policies and practices of applicable professional organizations and client hospital organizations.Make recommendations on hiring and disciplinary actions, including authority to extend employment offers and recommend terminations, pending approval from the Area Director of Operations.Ensure staff are familiar with and act in accordance with governmental and professional codes, SOP / handbook, unit policies and hospital policies.Supervise development of improved efficiency and productivity of unit clinical / administrative functions.Develop unit operating and capital budget for the client hospital.Maintain positive working relationships with the client hospital.Ensure the unit has a comprehensive performance improvement / quality management program.Benefits & Compensation
