The Influencer Marketing team oversees the strategy and execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns to amplify digital marketing efforts across The Walt Disney Studios (and wider TWDC). Our Creative Strategy, Influencer Relations and Campaign Execution teams lead full-service, 360-marketing solutions partnering with relevant, brand safe influencers for various activations – custom content, premieres, experiential events, mailers, etc. Using industry best practices and innovative strategies, this team is tasked with developing and delivering engaging and impactful creator content at scale.
The Influencer Creative Strategy Manager is responsible for assisting and leading the development of creative communications, creator outreach and production support required to bring our creative strategy from conception to reality. As an essential part of the wider Influencer Marketing team, this person will support the Creative Strategy Team in translating our 360 Creator Programs and Creative Concepts into all necessary materials needed for pitching, outreach and production.
The seasoned creative storyteller with a strong eye for strategic detail and robust communication skills, this role is responsible for the implementation of our creative strategy production process : drafting pitch decks, researching insights, crafting compelling copy for production documents and managing creator outreach and workflows with internal and external partners for all theatrical and brand influencer campaigns. They will be plugged into the latest in entertainment, digital marketing, content and creator culture, with a constant pulse of the rapidly shifting landscape and an ability to dive deep into research to craft insights that set critical context to ensure cross-functional alignment with our strategy direction.

The hiring range for this position in California is $105,100 to $140,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
