job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBuild strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling in a competitive environment Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager Attend business networking functions to promote the business Attend community and charitable events Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis Strong verbal and written communications Strategic thinking and planning Project management and multitasking capability Strong organizational skills Exemplary computer skills, i.e. Internet & Microsoft Office Professional demeanor Personable, presentable, articulate Open, cooperative, enthusiastic! Self-directed with exceptional initiative Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus uncapped commission Bonus opportunities Medical, dental and vision coverage offered 401(k) with company match PTO, and paid holidays Company vehicle provided for sales calls Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree (Not Required) 2+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in Restoration, Construction, or related industry Restoration industry experience ideal Must have a clean driving record Must pass a background check

Our team is dedicated to providing top-tier service, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing company.
Position : Business Development (Sales)
Job Overview : As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with property owners, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral sources to generate new business. Your primary goal is to educate potential clients on our services, drive revenue growth, and support our mission of providing fast and effective restoration solutions.
Hours / Week : Full-time, 40+ hours
Territory : San Antonio and surrounding area
