Key Responsibilities :Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions.Oversee accounting and financial reporting, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and monthly financial statements.Coordinate and supervise the work of the billing and title functions to ensure seamless operation across departments.Implement and maintain dealership policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues related to office administration.Develop and maintain schedules and reports related to dealership operations.Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee training, and team-building initiatives.
