About the Role

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ethical, high-quality work. Starting out as a department of one, this opportunity will grow to encompass a team of professionals.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the GM and other professionals to grow the electrical line of business

Manage the department budget

Lead and supervise a team of residential electricians

Monitor job flow, scheduling, and service quality

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

Manage inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations

Support electricians with training, guidance, and inspections

Serve customers with prompt responsiveness and integrity

Communicate with customers and resolve service issues

Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll approvals

Champion company values and foster a positive team culture

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

Master Electrician License (required)

Valid Driver’s License with acceptable motor vehicle report (Required)

3+ years of management experience in the electrical or construction field, preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
