Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
- Research, negotiate, and contract with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Develop event timelines and project plans to ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create promotional materials and manage marketing initiatives to bolster event attendance.
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning or management, with a portfolio of successful events.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
