Our client, a leading and growing real estate private equity firm, is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support Managing Partner in Westlake Village office. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience with C-suite level Executive Administration, strong organizational skills, high detail orientation, and the professionalism required to manage information and communication with discretion.

Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of complex calendars, meeting schedules, appointments, and some events, both onsite and offsite.
- Serve as primary liaison between Managing Director and both internal and external parties, with great interpersonal communication acumen and strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate all details for domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.
- Support meetings : agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up action items.
- Process and track expenses with accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with special projects and occasional personal / family-related tasks.
Requirements
10+ years’ Executive Assistant experience, ideally with the willingness to do 10% personal work from behind the desk.Strong communication skills; experience working with investors and senior executives.Proven ability to maintain boundaries and manage confidential information.Background in real estate or private equity is a plus.Compensation & Benefits
