A Muskegon-based manufacturer is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, precision, and problem-solving. This is a full-time, hire-in opportunity with room to advance.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses and related machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and hand sketches to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and quality checks to maintain production standards.
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
