Position Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be fully accountable for driving revenue growth for the Company. Reporting to the CEO, the CCO will shape BGB Group's commercial vision, lead strategic initiatives that enhance market presence, strengthen existing client relationships, forge new client relationship, and ensure the successful launch and growth of new services and offerings. The CCO will bring deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercialization to align cross-functional efforts with the company's growth objectives and evolving industry landscape.

• Shaping the brand and reputation in the market
• Expanding existing customer relationship
• Securing new customer relationships
• Driving cross selling between practice lines
• Establishing strategic collaborations
• Building and leading a high-performance organization, including the Account Management, New Business Development, and Marketing teams
• Collaborating with and influencing the organization's leadership

Responsibilities

What You Bring

Salary range : $350,000 - $400,000 plus incentives

The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
