Warehouse Associate

Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Associate? Join the SIMOS team! In this role, you must have six months of recent warehouse experience. We're currently hiring full-time, long-term Warehouse / Distribution positions in Garysburg, NC! Weekly paychecks, paid time off, medical and dental benefits!

Shift Information :

  • 2nd Shift (Weekday) : Monday-Thursday, 6 : 00pm-4 : 30am ($16.50 / hour)

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks manually
  • Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
  • Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
  • Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
  • Ability to see / hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular / pedestrian traffic
  • Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

  • Must be at least 18 years old

    • The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
