Maintenance Supervisor.

Location : Arbor Pointe Apartments, 420 Arbor Pointe Dr. Battle Creek, MI 49037.

Reports to : Property Manager and Regional Property Manager.

Job Summary : The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will assist in anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property and implementing procedures to prevent such issues.

An effective program of maintenance is essential to :

• Maintain a Safe Environment : Ensure the property remains hazard-free and compliant with safety regulations.
• Cultivate Resident Satisfaction : Address maintenance requests promptly and maintain a positive living experience for residents.
• Protect the Investment : Preserve the value of the apartment property for the owner.
